CLASSICS such as Little Red Riding Hood and Mr Twit and contemporary characters like Harry Potter and Superdad were on show at Bunyip Primary School on Monday.
Students from Prep to Grade 6 dressed up to parade their favourite book characters as part of the school’s Book Week celebrations. Grade 5/6 teacher Glenys Howard said all students looked great and some very original. “One of the Grade 1 kids had written his own story and dressed as one of his own characters,” Ms Howard said.
The celebrations continued on Tuesday with children performing plays they had written.
