COMPETITION was heating up between staff and students at Officer Primary School last week.
The highly anticipated annual staff versus students football match occurred on Friday with cheerleaders motivating the students and Grade 5 student Chloe leading a commentary team. The staff this year were hampered with injuries and absences but held their own for most of the game.
However, in the end, the Grade 6 students prevailed by under a goal.
The teachers look forward to the rematch in 2010.
