Society told of Emerald’s

THE Berwick Pakenham Historical Society will meet on Friday 2 October at 8pm. The speaker will be Cr Graeme Legge. His subject will be the History of Emerald. Visitors are welcome.
The society’s museum, where meetings are held, is on the corner of Main Street and the Princes Highway, Pakenham.
It is approached by car by entering the service road at James Street. The building was the original shire office, built in 1912.
