Art show returns

THE Kevin Hill’s Top Ten Australian Artists Art Show is returning to the City of Casey.
The free exhibition on 3 and 4 October will feature works from some of Australia’s best traditional, realist and impressionist style artists.
Residents attending the event will also have the opportunity to meet the artists.
City of Casey mayor Geoff Ablett said Casey was the only Victorian city to host this special show.
“All of the works on exhibition at the show are for sale and many of the artists will be in attendance during the weekend, so it’s a great opportunity to meet them and discuss their work,” Cr Ablett said.
The show will showcase works from artists including Max Mannix, Otto Kuster, Gary Myers, Ian Hansen, Werner Filipich and many more.
The show is open from 9.30am to 5pm on Saturday and until 4pm on Sunday at the Casey Civic Centre, Magid Drive, Narre Warren. For details visit www.casey.vic.gov.au/kevinhill.
