GRAB a picnic blanket and head down to Lakeside for a free movie under the stars on Friday, with the Pixar animated feature Toy Story 3 showing on the big screen at the Lakeside Amphitheatre.
Hosted as part of the summer ‘Live It Up’ festival, Lakeside Pakenham is inviting locals to enjoy the free entertainment. Food and drinks will be for sale.
Delfin Lend Lease project director Sharon Coates said the twilight cinema was a great way to make the most of the warm summer nights.
“There’s no better way to spend a summer evening than sprawled out on a picnic rug watching a great family movie,” Ms Coates said.
The free to watch animated movie starts at 8pm.
