Welcoming, clean and comfortable environment

Beaconsfield Laundromat is where it began for Peta and Ben.

They transformed it into a welcoming and fun environment offering a wide range of services including online pickup/delivery.

They also had a lot of success bringing communities together, including Vinnies and local schools to run charity events for the disadvantaged.

In 2018, the horrific fires shut their laundromat and others, including Taco Bill.

Refusing to quit, they rebuilt the online pickup/delivery service a few months later out of Pakenham but soon after they also felt the impact of Covid shutdowns.

Peta and Ben’s desire was to continue and change what laundromats are, so they searched and found a new place to call home. In April 2022, first to Officer, Pink Lady Laundromat Officer opened.

Using industry knowledge and experience, Ben had installed unique and latest OZONE disinfection technology to all the washing machines which kills 99.9% of viruses, bacteria and neutralises odours.

The Laundromat also offers huge Doona washers, Credit Card and Mobile Pay facilities, complimentary detergents and free Memberships with ongoing discounts with the advantage of accessing the Laundromat 24Hrs a day 7 Days. Comfortable booth seating with stools, stainless steel tables along with neon lights, greenery, decorated walls and more were installed to make it a welcoming, clean and comfortable environment with a Retro feel.

All machines accept $1 and $2 coins BYO. NO pet facilities available as keeping the Laundromat clean and tidy was a priority.

“We strive to keep this as one of Melbourne’s best Laundromats and work with communities to help the disadvantaged as we did before,” owner Ben said.

Pink Lady Laundromat Officer, Open 7 Days 6am-10pm.
