Nicola Bull and her fellow ‘Ronettes’, Emma Sparrow and Claire de Freitas, will star in CPAC’s Little Shop of Horrors.

PAKENHAM’S Nicola Bull will this Saturday make her triumphant return to the local stage in Cardinia Performing Arts Company’s (CPAC) ‘Little Shop of Horrors’.
To celebrate its 10th anniversary, CPAC will present the hugely popular production based on the movie starring Rick Moranis and Steve Martin.
Ms Bull has returned to Pakenham after completing her studies in Performing Arts at the University of Ballarat.
She will play one of the Ronettes, the street urchins who add a Mo-town, 1960s feel to the production.
Ms Bull last performed in a CPAC show at age 14, when she played Liesl in ‘The Sound of Music’.
She attended Pakenham Secondary College and also performed at the Cardinia Cultural Centre stage in Battle of the Bands as a lead singer in one of the school’s rock bands.
A lifetime performer, Ms Bull this year started teaching at Pakenham Springs Primary School, where she said she hoped to instil in her students that same passion for the performing arts.
Ms Bull and her CPAC cast-mates will perform the cult science fiction spoof on 25 February at a gala at Cardinia Cultural Centre in Lakeside Boulevard, Pakenham.
