YOUTH services officer Tom Kuster has won praise from his boss for the work he has done with Cardinia Shire’s young people.
Council chief executive officer Don Welsh said Mr Kuster had done a wonderful job in the past year as youth services have been returned ‘in house’ after previously being contracted out.
Speaking at the recent opening of the Services Central community centre in Pakenham, Mr Welsh described Mr Kuster as one of the “very, very valuable assets in our organisation”.
