KAMBRYA College student Tommy Harrison has won the Berwick Bowling Club student tournament held from September to December.
Ten students took part in the Saturday morning contest, with some going on to competitive bowling.
Winner Tommy Harrison is now bowling in the men’s Saturday afternoon pennant competition and performing well.
Tom was awarded a new set of bowls for his win.
Club members coached students before the competition started and offered encouragement throughout.
Club spokesman Reg Rowswell said the competition would be continued through 2006.
