THREE teenagers have been charged over recent egg attacks around Pakenham.
Police said they arrested a 17yearold Beaconsfield man, an 18yearold Pakenham man and 17yearold Pakenham last week.
Police said eggthrowing incidents had been ongoing for the past four months with vandals targeting homes on Ahern Road, including a milkbar.
The spate of egg attacks had left some residents and business owners concerned for their safety.
Police said Cardinia Shire councillor Kate Lempriere’s home has also been targeted for some time.
Eggs were thrown at the front door and windows of her and husband Jeff’s Pakenham home, set back from the road, over a period of about two years.
“It was getting super stressful there for a while,” Cr Lempriere said.
Anybody with any information about egg attacks should contact Pakenham police on 5941 1033.
