The team recently travelled to the Knox Regional Netball Complex and played a friendly game against the home team.
The event was a great opportunity for the team and a special day for Paige Ross, one of LaTrobe’s junior members, who is only 11 and not yet eligible to play at tournament level, but able to join in the practice games.
The team is aiming to participate in a tournament at Sale in June before preparing to compete in the state titles to be held at the State Netball and Hockey Centre in October.
The team trains at Bellbird Park Sports Stadium in Drouin on Friday nights.
