THE Windermere Child and Family Services auxiliary fund raising dinner held in the Berwick Bowling Club on Friday, 7 April raised more than $10,000.
Auxiliary president Fay Powel said the final tally had not been made but the amount would be somewhere between $10,000 and $11,000.
Mrs Powel said this dinner would be the last one.
The auxiliary has run the dinner for 13 years but demands on the few who do the work led to a decision to make number 13 the last.
Mrs Powel expressed thanks to many business people and patrons who supported the effort for Windermere.
