Goals: M. Haughton, T. Dyke, S. Surtess 1.
Best: B. Dekroon, J. Ansastasion, T. Dyke, J. Bell, R. Kennedy.

In cold, rainy conditions, the team combined well and applied strong pressure and trailed by a goal at quartertime. The Kangaroos dominated the second quarter to lead by two goals at halftime. Hallam capitalised on the wind in the third quarter to lead by five points at threequarter time. Although the Kangaroos fought hard in the last term they were unable to bridge the gap.

Best: Jackson Fromhold, Matt Rogers, Rick Marson, Ben O’Loughlin, Brad Gourley.
