Energised council

As Brett Owen hands over the robes to Graeme Moore (congratulations mate, well earned) it is time to comment from the hills on the first year of this new Cardinia Council.
It has been a novel experience having three committed and representative Ranges Ward councillors and a council of nine so energised and harmonised.
I realise this has decimated the letters to the editor column from days gone past – but what a welcome change as we community activists go into (semi) hibernation.
Brett’s time as mayor has set a high benchmark and the communication with the ward by Brett, Leticia and Tania has been spectacular.
Well done councillors, keep it coming!
