GEMBROOKCockatoo junior sides were in close matches for the last round and pulled off a good under13 win against Wandin.

After a good start the Brookers sat back and watched, but in the last three quarters decided to play football. Wandin played a great game in the right spirit.

Gembrook played a good team game with plenty of endeavour but had a disappointing loss. The opposition was too strong but the Brookers never gave up.

In a tough game on a muddy Belgrave ground Gembrook was up against a strong opponent. The Brookers went in hard and were a quality opponent for one of the stronger teams, though there were a lot of stoppages in a scrappy game.
