Gym has the works

FERNWOOD Fitness Narre Warren has everything a woman needs in a gym – experienced personal trainers, child care facilities and the works.
According to club manager Joy Drake, the centre, which has brand new owners, is a place for weight loss management, group fitness, yoga, Pilates, step, cycling, boxing and more.
“We have registered child care facilities, shower facilities and full continental breakfasts,” she said.
“In fact, we have it all, highly experienced personal trainers, group fitness instructors.
“We care about our members achieving their goals.”
There is a specially designed separate building for 30 minute high intensity functional training classes.
To celebrate, the new owners will have an all-day sale on Wednesday 25 February from 6am to 9pm with 30 minute classes and activities all day as well as specials on memberships – 10-15 per cent off on the day and no joining fees.
But that’s all part of the service.
“The focus of our business is to continually create a friendly supportive, fun, safe environment for women of all ages to reach their goals while achieving results,” Joy said.
“We have highly experienced and motivated staff and instructors who specialise in all different fields including injury management, weight loss and toning, functional training, endurance, body sculpting and boxing.”
The new owners have been involved in the fitness industry for 10 years and are excited about taking over Fernwood and building it into an even better place.
Fernwood Fitness is situated at 100 Victor Crescent, Narre Warren. Phone 97051999.
