Work up to relaunch

THE Women Making it Work group had a most successful relaunch at a dinner at the Grayn Restaurant in Pakenham last week.
Forty members and friends were entertained by guest speakers Sue Jarvis, an artist from Gembrook, Eleanor Hatswell, a first time author from Warragul and Debbie Brownlie a very busy mum who finds time to run a successful bookkeeping business and also give her time to the Gembrook Girl Guides and the netball team.
During the evening, members of the committee explained the membership structure, gave a visual presentation of the new website, and provided information of coming events.
MC Sjaak Kuster thanked the major sponsors, the ANZ bank, for its commitment to support the group.
Those present were invited to coming events which include Image Matters workshop on 9 October, Understanding Financial Statements seminar on 3 November, a network breakfast on 15 November and a gourmet food and wine bus tour in December.
