PAKENHAM UpperToomuc women’s cricket team fought out a tough game against Frankston at home on Saturday.
After winning the toss the Yabbies opted to field first. F. Morrison bowled 2/17 off 7 overs, T. Chapman 2/23 off six overs and E. Storer 1/2 off one over.
Wicketkeeper E. Storer got a stumping.
Frankston scored 6/144.
R. Baker and N. Brice opened the batting with R. Baker scoring 13. T. Chapman made 10 and E. Storer 18 not out.
All Yabbies played well with most of the girls playing for the first time.
