A SPECIAL Casey Council meeting to fully debate the Casey Community Rates Review report set for Monday 23 October has been postponed to next week, Monday 30 October.
The special meeting was called because it was expected the lengthy and comprehensive report would generate considerable discussion.
The main contention in the controversial report is a claim that rural property owners are being subjected to excessively high rates because of restrictions imposed as a result of the urban growth boundary legislation.
The meeting is set to start at 6.30pm.
