AT Berwick Montuna on Sunday, 29 October in the 4BBB stableford mixed event, the daily winners were David Newsom (23) and Maureen Dean (16) with 50 points.
This is a twoweek event and it is a magnificent score.
The ladies’ 4BBB stableford on Wednesday, 1 November was won by Gail Richards (27) and Denise Todd (28) with 46 points.
The runnersup, Rose Stewart (23) and Melinda Wheeler (32), were very close behind with 45 points.
Again this was a twoday competition.
The nearest to the pins were Gwen Gaunt on the fourth, Eunice Dickenson on the ninth, Denise Todd on the 13th and Shirley Atchison on the 18th.
