BRYN Mawr Bridge, Berwick is expected to be finished by next July.
The City of Casey’s director of infrastructure services, Ray Butler told residents during a bridge open day that large beams for the 85metre bridge would be put in place early next year.
“The new twolane road connecting Bryn Mawr Boulevard to Soldiers Road will be 600 metres long and include the fourspan bridge over the railway.
“The road and the bridge will include pedestrian and bike paths on both sides.
“The bridge will provide an important link across the line to help alleviate congestion in Berwick Village,” he said.
