Village for

AN AGED care facility and retirement village is coming to Webster Way, Pakenham.
The development will include a retirement village with 60 dwellings and community and respite centres.
The community centre will feature a lounge, dining area, computer/library room and meeting room while the respite centre will include six beds with common areas.
Civic leaders last week approved the development, subject to numerous conditions. The developers have until April 2011 to start the development and April 2013 to complete it.
