CAR dealerships will be among the businesses to set up shop at Pakenham’s South East Business Park.
Harris Freer Toyota is about half-way through construction on a new dealership at the park, while Berwick Nissan has also acquired a site.
Facey Industrial commercial director Josh Kendall said 24 blocks had been sold at the business park, a 164-hectare development along the Pakenham Bypass, between McGregor and Healesville-Kooweerup roads.
Buyers joining the two car dealerships include car component company Expert Installs and prominent developers Lepat and Beacon Constructions.
Distribution network Asixa Logical Outcome has already moved in.
Mr Kendall said the proximity of the business park to the freeway and Pakenham’s employment base made the park attractive to buyers.
He said most inquiries were coming from businesses already based in Dandenong South, Hallam and Berwick.
