POLICE will use security camera footage to help investigate a spate of holiday vandalism at Kooweerup Secondary College.
Staff and students were dismayed to find vandals had done damage with an estimated repair bill of thousands of dollars to school property during the summer break.
College principal Geoff Pledge said the vandalism was “more than disappointing” and stressed to parents that the school was doing everything it could to ensure the culprits were caught.
“The frustration is enormous as we have stretched every dollar and scrounged every grant going to improve our facilities,” he said.
“To be treated in this way is more than disappointing.”
Mr Pledge said two DVDs of security camera footage had been forwarded to police to help with the investigation.
Anybody with any information is urged to contact the school or police.
