CASEY Council will host a series of public forums to explain and discuss the Federal Government’s new industrial relations laws.
Casey mayor Kevin Bradford said the forums would provide an opportunity for residents to hear from and ask questions of representatives from the government, opposition, political parties, and the ACTU regarding the new laws.
The forums will begin at 8pm with the next being held at the Arthur Wren Community Hall, Stuart Avenue, Hampton Park, on Wednesday 19 April; at the old shire offices on the corner of High and Sladen Streets, Cranbourne, on Thursday, 18 May; and at the Berwick Leisure Centre, Manuka Road, Berwick, on Thursday, 1 June.
