THEGembrook Market will be staged this Sunday, between 9am and 3pm at the Puffing Billy station.
Organisers say that the market is a great chance to stock up for Christmas gifts and buy homegrown produce.
Berwick Primary School will also demonstrate how to set up worm composting systems and propagate native plants.
The school is going to donate the plants it propagates to Landcare to provide a protective habitat for the southern brown bandicoot, which has been found in small numbers in the Cranbourne area.
The bandicoot is a native animal whose existence is threatened.
