Star News Group is offering an exciting opportunity for one lucky person to participate in the makeover of a lifetime.
The chosen person will receive a full treatment package worth thousands of dollars and will learn how to get into shape and stay that way.
The exciting package includes a personal trainer and nutritionist, hair and make-up, beauty and pampering treatments, plus much much more.
Each week the chosen person will be featured in the newspaper updating their progress.
The makeover will be run over a 12-week period.
Personal trainer and nutritionist Amanda Dean from Fitfa Life is an experienced professional and will provide nutritional advice as well as get you into shape over the full 12 weeks.
The lucky winner will need to be available for the full 12 weeks and should be prepared to undergo all components of the package. They must also be prepared to appear regularly in the newspaper.
This is an exciting opportunity to improve both your appearance and self-esteem so don’t miss out.
All you have to do to enter is provide an up-to-date photograph of yourself, and answer in 25 words or less why you feel you deserve to be chosen for the prize.
A panel of experts will choose the lucky winner.
Entries must be received by Wednesday 22 February.
