Youth activities planned

A NEW range of activities for young people is about to be launched in Kooweerup.
Starting in May, young people can participate in a range of activities every Monday afternoon at the Kooweerup Community Centre.
The activities will be planned a week ahead, with input from the young people attending in conjunction with the Youth Services team.
A youth officer said: “No matter what interests you sport, music, arts and craft or simply hanging out with friends Cardinia Shire youth services has something for you.”
Suggestions could include trips to the movies, sports, board games, art and craft activities and cooking sessions.
However, what actually comes about will depend largely on in put from those coming along.
