Charity auction at Rotary dinner

TATTERSALLS managing director Duncan Fischer will be guest speaker at the Rotary Club of Berwick 2006 charity business dinner in the Beaconsfield Community Centre at 7pm on Thursday, 26 October.
The cost is $95 and the evening will include a charity auction.
The major beneficiary will be the Shelter Box project, a Rotary global humanitarian relief project that provides shelter and warmth to people displaced by disasters.
Since 2000 hundreds of thousands of shelter boxes have been despatched.
Each shelter box can house 10 people, has 10 sleeping bags, multi fuel cooker and ancillary equipment, water purification tablets, torch and batteries, spade, rope, and plastic bags.
