Dragons take on legends

A DROUIN Dragons legends team will take on a mixture of present Dragons players this week in their annual soccer match at Drouin soccer ground this Sunday, starting at 2pm.
The score in annual matches is threetwo in favor of today’s Dragons, but the legends have been in hard training over the two months and intend to level the series this Sunday.
The legends will be coached by Gerard Mitchell and include Stuart Dalton, Leo Heinrich, Simon Mitchell, Stuart Quigley , Steven Cairns, Freddy Filjak, Emon O’Hare, Emon O’Hare junior, Andre de Ligt, Gary Falls and Chris Street. Referee for the match will be Steve Filjak and both sides will be playing for the Slice of Paradise Trophy.
Best player on the day will receive the Malcom Dow Medal. Entry is free and everything is cheap.
