A GIANT hotel proposed for Pakenham’s Lakeside estate will have its future decided by the state planning tribunal.
Hotel developers took the issue to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, claiming Cardinia Shire Council had failed to make a decision.
A hearing was held this month.

The site of the proposed fourstorey restaurant, gaming and entertainment complex is next to the new police and emergency services headquarters, which is under construction.
