DROUIN Golf Club ladies starred at the Baw Baw Classic on Wednesday last week.
Held at Drouin, Mary Tymensen won Agrade with 38 points.
Jenni Harris was runnerup in Bgrade with 39 points, Kath Fusinato won Cgrade with 43 points and broke her handicap and Dagma Forbes was runnerup with 40 points.
Straight hitting Margaret Purcell again had a nearest the pin on the 14th.

Last Tuesday, the Garfield Women Golfers arrived at Drouin to contest the annual DrouinGarfield Challenge.
Unfortunately, the heavy rain early in the day caused the event to be postponed to a later date – although most were disappointed, the rain was welcome.

Val Johnson and Helen Andreason were runnersup with 45 points in the fourballbestball Charity Day at Pakenham recently.

The ninehole seniors’ competition was won by joint winners Pam Pratt and Val Johnson, both with 20 points.
The runnersup were Shirley Todd 19 points, Mary Tymensen 19, Joyce Hadfield 18, Sylvia Martin, Helen Andreason and Olive Reid all on 17 points.

This week is open day, 4BBB Stableford and starting time is 9am for a 9.30am shotgun start.
Next week is stroke, the monthly medal, first round John Arnold Memorial Trophy and second round Mona McLeod Brooches.
Hitoff time is 9.30am.
