Yabbie women open batting

PAKENHAM UpperToomuc ladies cricket team played its first home game against Frankston on Sunday.
The Yabbies batted first with openers A. Littlejohn and N. Brice.
Batting was disappointing with main run scorers E. Storer on 16 and F. Morrison 12.
Yabbies bowling and fielding was extremely tight with R. Baker 3/7, F. Morrison 2/13 and E. Storer 1/14.
There were excellent catches by T. Garth, A. Littlejohn, F. Morrison and L. Perri.
Although Frankston declared at 6/64 it was described as a well fought out game.
