Foundation role

CARDINIA Shire Council’s acting chief executive officer Garry McQuillan has replaced former CEO Don Welsh on the Cardinia Foundation.
Mr McQuillan was appointed last week to fill the vacancy created by Mr Welsh’s recent departure.
The Cardinia Foundation is an independent philanthropic trust administered by a board of volunteer directors from community organisations and council.
Its next big event is the Shannons Car Show in April.
