Locked in office by robber

PAKENHAM police are investigating a robbery at a Beaconsfield service station last week that ended with the female attendant being locked in a rear office.
The robbery occurred at the Ampol Service Station around 7pm last Tuesday.
The thief stole a small amount of money form the till.
Police said the attendant was closing the shop when a man forced his way into the Old Princes Highway store.
The man locked the worker in a rear office before fleeing the scene in a maroon sedan.
The 37yearold Ampol worker, who did not want to be identified, said she suffered a bump on the head during the ordeal.
She was able to call for assistance from her mobile phone while locked in the room.
Police would like to speak to a man described as being aged in his early 20s, with curly black hair and a scruffy appearance.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
