TALENTED students would be fasttracked at Emerald Secondary College if Labor is victorious in the State Election.
Gembrook MP Tammy Lobato said last week a reelected Bracks Government would establish a Select Entry Accelerated Learning (SEAL) course for academically talented students in the region at Emerald.
The announcement was part of the Better Schools, Better Performance policy by Premier Steve Bracks.
Ms Lobato said Labor would continue to ensure every student would be challenged to learn to their full potential.
“This is good news for local families. Education is the Bracks Government’s number one priority,” she said.
Recognition for talented students
