CARS parked in the Southside car park in Berwick Village have been regularly vandalised.
Volunteers working at the Berwick Opportunity Shop say the damage is costly.
John and Heather Tyrell said their car had been scratched through to the metal. Mr Tyrell said their car had been scratched five times since August and that repairs could be as much a $200 a time.
Casey manager of community safety Brendan Fitzsimmons said the matter had been referred to the council’s local laws officers, who would pay extra attention to the area.
