@BT Sub Sport Gaz:LADIES NEWS

The club’s first twilight bowls competition on Friday, 16 February was a huge success and everyone enjoyed the evening.
The feedback was so positive that bowls secretary Wendy West was hoping that these evenings would become a regular part of next season’s program.
The sponsors for this event were Drysdale Jewellery, Berwick, and Harris Freer Toyota, Berwick.
The winners of the night was a Berwick team skipped by Avril Steere, and the runnerup was a visiting team from Ferntree Gully skipped by Glenys Sabell.
There was also a prize for the ‘winner of the losers’, and that team was also from Berwick and skipped by Lyn Webb.
President Jean Fothergill welcomed four new members to the club, the DiCarlo family, who participated in this fun evening.
