NAR NAR GOON Primary School will be rebuilt if the Liberals win power at the State Election.
Bass MP Ken Smith made the announcement during a visit to the school with Opposition education spokesman Martin Dixon last Thursday.
Mr Smith said Nar Nar Goon Primary School needed far more than a bit of maintenance by a “negligent government”.
“A Liberal Government will do what clearly needs to be done for the welfare of the students, the children of Nar Nar Goon families who deserve to be treated with respect and provided with a learning environment which allows the teaching staff and students to make the most of those allimportant early years,” Mr Smith said.
Mr Smith said the need for the rebuild was so desperate it would happen in the first term of a Liberal Government — if his party wins when voters go to the polls on 25 November.
