BERWICK Wickers youth girls’ football team produced a fine effort on Saturday when they totally outplayed Narre Warren Magpies at Casey Fields.
With both Mariah Marshall and Courtney Clarkson bagging six goals, the Wickers were in control from the opening bounce to record a thumping win.
With the finals looming in a fortnight’s time, Berwick is in control of its own destiny and expects to secure the minor premiership by winning this week’s game against Waverley Power.
