HOLIDAY activities will kick off at Pakenham Library with an Aussie animals presentation on Friday, 12 January.
There will be stories and songs between 11.15am and noon for youngsters aged from three to six years.
Other activities will be held throughout the holidays, including a visit from author Andrew Plant on Tuesday, 16 January.
Emerald Library will celebrate summer with a number of events.
The Cardinia Shire mobile library will also host activities at the Beaconsfield Community Centre on Wednesday, 17 January.
