ROC rolls on court

ROC Netball Club’s Agrade team applied strong pressure for a 27goal win over Narre Warren on Saturday.
The defence made many intercepts during the second quarter, providing turnovers and bringing the ball down the court by the attack.
The goalers shot beautifully and accurately, despite a strong opposition.
Scores: ROC 63 d Narre Warren 36.

The final scores of the game – a 58goal win to ROC is a clear indication of the effort the team displayed in the game.
The defence and centre court played a strong game, bringing the ball down the court and giving the opposition little to work with.
The goalers were sharp, rarely missing.
Scores: ROC 79 d Narre Warren 21.

The game was initially close, but lack of concentration let the game slip away from ROC.
Narre Warren played hard netball and ROC found it difficult to keep up, but worked hard throughout the game.
All players worked consistently, and stayed positive despite a tough opposition.
Scores: ROC 28 lost to Narre Warren 46.

Roc played Mum’s and it was a tough game, with all members of the court working hard.
The defence worked hard against a strong, agile opposition.
There was great feeding towards the goal ring, where the goalers shot well throughout the game.
Mum’s played a brilliant game, working hard and staying strong against a swift opposition.
ROC thanked Mum’s for taking part in an ‘unforgettable game’.
Score: ROC 14 lost to Mum’s 18.

ROC had a superb 10goal win against a determined Narre Warren.
The midcourt worked well, feeding the ball into the goal third swiftly.
The final quarter was remarkable, the defence worked hard to keep the ball from the opposition.
Goalers are commended for their confidence in their goaling all game.
