West Gippsland eight ball

ROUND eight was the closest so far this season. Many 5/4 games were played, starting with Tooradin versus Kooweerup Blues.
Their night came down to the eight ball, Nick Potter taking the honours.
Steve Raszkewicz pulled Pakenham Railway to its second win for the season against Nar Nar Goon Blues, who haven’t missed a finals berth for many years.
Bunyip Footballers also had a 5/4 match up with Bunyip Bottom Pub, the night was a great night to watch great pool.
Nar Nar Goon Reds had a close 5/4 shave with Longwarry Blues with the night ending up with a 50 to 58 ball count.
Pakenham Hotel welcomed a win that lifted them into the top six against Pakenham Inn.
Kooweerup were on fire to take the points from Lang Lang.
Lang Lang were eager to redeem themselves from their first loss last week only to meet an even more eager Kooweerup.
Round nine’s game to watch would be Tooradin versus Lang Lang at Tooradin.
