PAKENHAM Police were shocked to record a motorist doing 145km/h in wet conditions in Garfield last Saturday night.
The 19yearold Brunswick man will have his licence suspended for six months after being caught exceeding the speed limit by 45km/h.
He was issued with a $387 fine and will receive six demerit points after being clocked by police radar on the Princes Highway.
Police have again urged all drivers to slow down and adjust their driving during wet and slippery conditions.
