Juniors serve for flags

NAR Nar Goon Tennis Club has enjoyed a successful summer season with both its junior teams in the grand final this Saturday after a threeyear hibernation from competition.
The club entered the two junior teams with Brad Grant, Dean Grant, Caitlin Benton, Matt Benton and Ben Distefano in the section 8 West Gippsland Tennis Association competition.
The team finished on top of the ladder and will play against Maryknoll in the grand final this Saturday morning.
The section10 team of Sarah Alexandrakis, Ryan Alexandrakis, Alice Timmins, Ashlee Bloxidge and Luke Tivendale finished the home and away season in third position, but has also won its way to the grand final after an impressive preliminary final win against Pakenham last Saturday.
The team will play Lang Lang for the flag.
Both grand finals have been scheduled at Cardinia for Saturday morning at 8.30am and the club has urged members and supporters to attend.
Club coaches Paul Osborne and Chris Millidonis offer group and private coaching lessons for both junior and senior players throughout the year on Sundays.
