THE new sculpture at Cardinia Culture Centre was officially opened on Tuesday by councillor Kate Lempriere.
Toolim, designed by awardwinning artist Paul Johnson, was commissioned by project partners Cardinia Shire Council and Delfin Lend Lease as one of three public art works to be installed in and around the Lakeside Pakenham precinct.
