Awards for top bowlers

KOOWEERUP Bowls Club held its presentation dinner recently, highlighted by the acknowledgement of the best performers over the summer season.
Club champion June Richards and runnerup Mary Masters were presented with their awards and president Fay Halligan congratulated all involved on a successful season.
The club is closed for the winter and will reopen on 3 September, when it will celebrate its 50th anniversary.
