A WOMAN, 61, almost severed a hand in a motorcycle mishap at Lang Lang on Sunday.
Police said the woman from Forest Hill was travelling along the South Gippsland Highway when her motorbike failed to negotiate the new roundabout at the intersection of Westernport Road.
She was taken to Dandenong hospital for treatment to her injured hand.
Police said the incident happened about 12.55 pm.
