TRAFFIC signals will be installed at the intersection of Lysterfield and Wellington roads.
Gembrook MP Tammy Lobato said the Tjunction was at the crest of a hill, reducing visibility for traffic coming off Lysterfield Road, and Wellington Road became busy with commuter traffic during peaks.
“These new traffic lights will improve safety for motorists,” she said.
They would also “alleviate congestion during peak periods and make it easier for vehicles turning across oncoming traffic”.
