THE reopening of the railway line through Lang Lang is once more being considered.
An important factor for those thinking of settling in a rural atmosphere is a train service that allows school leavers to get themselves to work, especially given the petrol price rises. It seems we must not expect any help from our local council, which views the idea as not feasible.
This line was a hive of activity when shut down some years ago. So what now, and what opportunity for Lang Lang?
